As a lifelong resident of Winter Haven, Shawn has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that's transformed the Polk County area into one of Central Florida's most sought-after destinations. He grew up working, teaching, and playing at the tennis courts of Lake Region Country Club until leaving Winter Haven to attend the University of Florida. After graduating he returned to work at State Farm where he has worked for over 20+ years. His dedication to providing Remarkable customer service and experience of helping people realize their dreams made the transition into real estate a natural choice. He recently moved to Lake Wales with his wife Cori to raise his two daughters where they both attend school. Lake Wales was another natural choice as his father served local residents while caring for their pets for over 30+ years.

Shawn enjoys being active in the community having served over 10+ years as a board member and past President of the Citrus Center Boys and Girls Clubs, 5+ years as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Winter Haven, and is currently on the board of the Cypress Gardens CPCU Society Chapter serving as Vice President. He is currently a member of the East Polk County Association of Realtors. Shawn has always been dedicated to learning his craft and feels leadership, education, and professionalism can help set you apart and succeed in life. Throughout his insurance career he earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation along with several other nationally recognized insurance designations. He has taken this same approach as he entered the real estate industry having earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.

Shawn enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating and fishing, experiencing live music, and cheering on his Alma Mater Florida Gators! He also enjoys helping clients realize their dreams.
